Position: QC Executive
Company: Damodar Foods, Coimbatore
Qualification: BSc/MSc/BTech/MTech in Food Technology
Experience: 0-1 year
Shift: Rotational shift (Preference given to candidates from nearby areas)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to meet food safety standards.
- Document and maintain quality control reports and records.
- Monitor and improve quality processes to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in production processes.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards of product quality.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions.
