Are you passionate about food quality and safety? We’re looking for a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee and support quality operations at our pickle manufacturing unit in Kunigal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise QA/QC checks during processing, packing & preservation
- Monitor sanitation, hygiene & GMP compliance on the shop floor
- Conduct in-process checks for raw materials, brine, p ackaging & finished goods
- Maintain documentation and support FSSAI, HACCP, BRC, and IFS audits
- Collaborate with production to implement corrective actions
- Train operators on food safety and hygiene best practices

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field
- 2–3 years of QA/QC experience in food processing (preferably pickles/preserves)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards & quality control processes
- Excellent documentation and teamwork skills
