QA / QC Manager|Vasant Masala Pvt. Ltd
Key Responsibilities :
Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) & Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, BRC and other regulatory standards
Lead and manage the QA/QC team, ensuring effective training and performance
Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing
Handle internal, customer, and third-party audits and ensure timely closures
Monitor plant hygiene, sanitation, and GMP practices
Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Review SOPs, specifications, and quality documentation
Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams for quality assurance
Key Exposure Required
Quality & Food Safety Systems (QMS / FSMS)
FSSAI, ISO, BRC & audit handling
QA/QC team leadership & plant hygiene
Testing, CAPA & continuous improvement
