QA/QC Manager -QUIK BEVERAGES AND FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are looking for a dynamic and critical thinker to join our team as a QA/QC Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to improving our quality systems through internal audits, process improvement programs, and constructive feedback from key partners. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team to ensure excellence in our production, quality, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop standardized production, quality, and customer service protocols.
Identify potential risks early on by focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed findings.
Build and lead a strong team through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Highly organized with an excellent attention to detail.
