QA/QC Executive – Rebel Foods

Key Responsibilities

• Drive food safety & hygiene compliance across kitchen operations
• Conduct quality audits and ensure FSSAI readiness
• Train kitchen teams on SOPs and quality best practices
• Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products
• Investigate customer complaints through RCA

and implement CAPA
• Analyze quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Travel across kitchen locations to drive operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Quality Control
• Experience in QSR, Food Manufacturing, Hospitality, FMCG, or FoodTech preferred
• Strong understanding of FSSAI guidelines and food safety practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical & communication skills
• A hands-on professional comfortable working in the field
