Prees Post: QA/QC Role at K. Ahuja Foods
We are currently hiring for a QA/QC Executive to join our team at K. Ahuja Foods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding our quality standards across all materials and finished goods, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Quality Inspection & Decision-Making
- Inspect inward raw materials and packaging components.
- Conduct checks on finished goods prior to dispatch.
- Decide on acceptance, hold, or rejection based on standards.
- Maintain inspection records for audit traceability.
2. Documentation & Dispatch Support
- Issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and specification sheets.
- Prepare and verify labels for finished goods dispatch.
- Ensure quality documentation accompanies all shipments.
3. Sample Preparation
- Prepare representative samples for sales, lab tests, or customer review.
- Ensure accurate labelling and timely dispatch of all samples.
4. Laboratory Operations
- Facilitate procurement of lab equipment and consumables.
- Maintain lab inventory and coordinate with Assistant Manager, Quality.
5. Compliance & BRC Documentation
- Maintain BRC-related documents as per schedule.
- Support audit readiness and implement corrective actions.
6. ERP & Data Management
- Enter real-time quality data in ERP system.
- Generate reports for decision-making and traceability.
7. Backup Responsibilities
- Act as backup to Assistant Manager, Quality.
- Oversee lab operations, manage quality control, and ensure customer compliance when required.
