Position: QA/QC Executive

Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in QA/QC in the food industry
Salary:
Based on knowledge & experience
Key Highlights:
• Candidates must be fluent in Gujarati & Hindi
• Strong communication skills required
• Proficiency in Computer Operations (Excel, Word, ERP preferred)
QA/QC Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO & other food safety standards
• Conduct quality checks at various stages of production
• Prepare, review and maintain QA/QC documentation
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Monitor GMP & hygiene practices on the production floor
• Investigate customer complaints and assist in RCA/CAPA implementation
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to maintain quality standards
