QA/Production Executive|Nishman Food Factory
Qualification:
• B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology
Experience:
• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in the bakery industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage QC/QA documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GHP, GMP, and HACCP standards
• Conduct sensory analysis of products
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and food safety standards
