Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Monitor and maintain quality standards as per company and food safety norms
- Conduct routine inspections on the production floor
- Handle quality documentation and maintain records
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety practices
- Assist during internal and external audits
