HyFun Foods is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead and oversee quality control across raw materials, storage, and processing operations. We’re looking for a quality-focused professional who can ensure world-class standards throughout the production cycle.
Eligibility & Requirements:
B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Food Technology
7–10 years of experience in potato quality or a related domain
Strong knowledge of quality systems & process management
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure quality of raw materials, including potato grading and assessment
• Oversee in-process quality checks during storage and production stages
• Implement and maintain QA systems, SOPs, and compliance standards
• Lead the QA team and conduct regular training to maintain quality awareness
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams for quality improvements
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality deviations
• Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to food safety norms
