QA Executive (Quick Service Restaurant – QSR)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Executive with 2-3 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality assurance practices and be well-versed in FSSAI regulations relevant to the QSR industry. This role is crucial in ensuring that our food products and service standards consistently meet both internal and regulatory quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:
- B.Tech./M.Tech. in Food Technology or equivalent
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the QSR industry, including hands-on lab work.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FSSAI regulations and quality management systems applicable to the QSR sector.
- Lab Skills: Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment for various tests, including microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses. Prepare samples, perform tests, and record results accurately.
- Training: Train and support staff on quality assurance procedures, food safety practices, and FSSAI regulations to ensure adherence across all levels.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints and quality-related issues, determine root causes, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing any quality or compliance issues identified.
