Position: QA Executive
Company: Namaste India Food Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kanpur Dehat
Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Industry: Ice Cream
Education Qualification:
M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Tech in Food Technology
Experience Required:
2–3 years (Only candidates with Ice Cream Industry experience will be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards during production.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and sampling of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Maintain and update QA documentation as per FSSAI and internal standards.
- Handle customer complaints and support root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure hygiene and GMP compliance.
- Implement and monitor HACCP and other food safety systems.
- Assist in internal and external audits (FSSAI, ISO, etc.).
