Qualification
B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
QA – 3PL Executive|Vadilal Industries
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits and inspections at 3PL manufacturing locations.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, GMP, and GHP standards.
- Identify Non-Conformances (NCs) and drive CAPA implementation and closure.
- Review COAs, laboratory test reports, and quality documentation.
- Perform raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inspections.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of products.
- Maintain audit reports, inspection records, CAPA registers, and compliance documentation.
- Support onboarding and quality assessment of new 3PL partners.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Procurement, and 3PL teams to ensure quality excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
- Experience in supplier quality, vendor audits, and compliance management
- Knowledge of microbiological, physico-chemical, and sensory testing
- Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities
