Experience: 12+ years (Mandatory in FMCG – Food Manufacturing)
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Purchase Manager with a proven track record in procurement and vendor management within the FMCG food production sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging & indirect materials.
- Identify and manage vendors ensuring quality, cost-efficiency & timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with production, quality & supply chain teams.
- Negotiate contracts and drive cost savings.
- Monitor market trends and purchasing performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal & regulatory policies.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
- Regular supplier and plant visits in Hyderabad.

Requirements:
- 12+ years in FMCG food procurement (strictly mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of raw materials & packaging sourcing
- Proven leadership & team development skills
- Excellent negotiation & communication abilities
