Position: Project Manager – Food Technologist

At Vitabae, we are on a mission to revolutionize prenatal care by crafting maternal health supplements that go beyond the ordinary — eliminating unpleasant odors and tastes, while delivering on transparency, quality, and innovation.
We’re looking for a structured, proactive, and solution-driven professional to lead key strategic and operational projects in our Indian production unit. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, sharp analytical skills, and a solid background in food tech, nutraceuticals, or supplement manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production-related projects: operations, quality, logistics, and process improvements.
- Manage external partnerships with vendors and manufacturers.
- Serve as the main liaison between Indian and U.S. teams.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.
- Use tools like ClickUp or Asana for project management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Tech, Pharma, Biotech, Chemistry, etc.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ownership.
- Familiarity with global standards and regulatory compliance.
- A startup mindset: agile, adaptive, and growth-oriented.

PMP Certification & international collaboration experience are a plus.
