Department: Food Engineering
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, labs, and seminars in Dairy Technology and Food Engineering
- Use hands-on, innovative teaching approaches
- Mentor students in academics, research, and career planning
Qualifications:
- B.Tech & M.Tech in Food Engineering (Ph.D. preferred)
- Teaching or industry experience in Food Technology is a plus
