Production Team Lead|Sid’s Farm
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet quality and safety standards
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams for smooth plant operations
• Monitor production efficiency and suggest process improvements
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Train and guide production staff to achieve performance targets
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
