Location: Baramati, Maharashtra, India
Schreiber Foods is looking for an experienced Production Team Advisor to manage the manufacturing and packaging of processed cheese in Baramati, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day cheese production, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining optimal efficiency of production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the processed cheese production process, ensuring adherence to targeted specifications and product quality standards.
Manage production efficiency, equipment, and staff for optimal output.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, HACCP, GMP, and health standards.
Monitor product non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, HR, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Minimize product loss, packing material waste, and rework inventory.
Comply with Food Safety Management Systems.
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Technology/Dairy Science.
10+ years of experience in production, with leadership skills in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow in the role.
