We’re Hiring | Two Brothers Organic Farms
Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Indapur
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily shop-floor operations and ensure safe, efficient, and quality-compliant production.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily production plans and meet efficiency targets
Supervise operators and ensure SOP, GMP & hygiene compliance
Monitor process parameters and product quality
Coordinate with QA/QC and Maintenance teams
Ensure safety, FSSAI compliance & minimal wastage
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Food / Dairy / Chemical or related)
0–2 years of FMCG production experience only
Strong knowledge of GMP & food safety
Hands-on approach with people management skills
Immediate joiners preferred
