Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities within assigned divisions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Train and mentor production staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
