Position: Production Supervisor
Experience: 2–3 years in a seafood export company (preferred)
Department: Production Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, and other food safety certifications.
- Coordinate daily labor requirements with the Production Manager.
- Enforce hygiene procedures and employee safety protocols.
- Maintain product quality and address non-compliance issues.
- Support, coach, and manage the production staff.
- Troubleshoot processing bottlenecks and assist with equipment maintenance.
- Ensure a smooth production flow and handle employee concerns professionally.
