What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily production operations while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
Conduct regular quality checks and manage production staff.
Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
Maintain raw material inventory and prepare detailed production reports.

What We’re Look ing For:

5–6 years of experience in food manufacturing.
Prior experience in the bakery industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and quality control.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and team management skills.
