This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience to oversee the production process, ensuring both efficiency and quality in the manufacturing of food and feed ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team.
Monitor the production process for efficiency and quality compliance.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, creating a secure working environment.
Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain product standards.
Address production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
Provide training and mentorship to enhance team productivity.
Collaborate with other departments like procurement and logistics for smooth operations.
