Position: Production Supervisor
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production operations and lead the production team to achieve targets.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Train production workers to improve skills and performance.
• Manage inventory and ensure availability of raw materials.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and preventive servicing.
• Maintain production records and report progress, downtime, and safety incidents to management.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree / ITI
Experience:
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or production environment
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred
Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of production processes and machinery
Salary & Benefits:
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
