About the Role
is seeking a technically qualified Production Supervisor to manage end-to-end production operations at a Powder Blending Plant. This role is critical in ensuring smooth shop-floor execution, adherence to food and pharma compliance standards, and overall plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete production operations to meet output and quality targets.
- Manage recipe preparation and operate powder/liquid blending machinery.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise plant and equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.
- Allocate workforce efficiently, conduct training, and improve productivity.
- Drive process optimization initiatives, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and upkeep of production floors and equipment.
Job Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Engineering / Food Technology / Chemical Science.
- 3–5 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.
- Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance within GFSI & GMP-certified establishments.
- Practical, hands-on pr ofessional capable of managing end-to-end production functions and directly operating equipment and processes.
