About the Role:
EK Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. You’ll ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing by monitoring employees, organizing workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set daily/weekly/monthly production objectives
Organize workflows and assign responsibilities
Supervise and coach production employees
Ensure equipment safety and maintenance
Monitor quality standards and production output
Prepare performance and progress reports
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Train new employees on SOPs and safety protocols
Maintain strict company standards and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
B.Sc / B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Science & Technology / Dairy Science / Quality Assurance
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar production role
