Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production from live bird reception to dispatch
- Monitor inventory of processed birds, raw materials, and packag ing
- Oversee slaughtering, temperature control, and sanitation protocols
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, GMP, and local regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Analyze yield, quality, and operational performance
- Support internal/external audits and continuous improvement
- Be open to flexible work timings
Strong understanding of food safety and biosecurity practices is essential.
