We’re looking for a Production & Stock Management Manager
Requirements:
5–10 years’ experience in the Rice / FMCG industry
Strong expertise in stock control & production planning
Knowledge of packing, logistics, and record-keeping
Excellent skills in MS Excel and team management
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day production operations to meet targets
Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage
Manage stock levels, oversee inward/outward movement, and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams for smooth workflow
Monitor packing processes, ensuring product quality and timely dispatch
Prepare regular production and inventory reports for management review
Lead and train team members to maintain productivity and operational excellence
