(DBL) is looking for driven professionals to join our Food Division as a Production Shift Incharge. If you have 1–3 years of experience in production or food manufacturing and want to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Support production planning and monitor line performance
• Ensure adherence to quality checks and safety standards
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and minimize downtime
• Manage RM & PM inventory for uninterrupted production
• Maintain production, quality, and performance records
• Assist in workforce training and process improvements
Experience Required:
1–3 years in Production / Food Manufacturing
