Bakelite Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production / Quality Executive to strengthen our manufacturing and quality assurance processes. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about food production, quality standards, and operational excellence.
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production plans
Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, and food safety protocols
Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Maintain production and quality documentation
Support implementation of SOPs and process improvements
Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production or quality issues
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology or related field
1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or bakery production
Knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, and quality control processes
Good documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work in a production environment and manage operational challenges
