What you’ll do:
- Conduct sensory evaluations (Moisture, Brix, pH, etc.)
- Prepare quality & production reports
- Supervise teams and ensure hygiene & sanitation
- Train food handlers in basic food safety
- Monit or & optimize production processes
Who can apply:
B.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Food Technology
Strong attention to detail
Good documentation & reporting skills
Passion for food quality and process optimization
