Role: Production & Quality Associate
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1-2 years in Production or Quality
Background: Bachelors in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee sourcing and production at multiple contract manufactur ing units
- Ensure high-quality output meeting USFDA, BRC standards
- Conduct detailed testing on each batch – from sensory and nutritional analysis to shelf-life checks
- Collaborate with NPD, R&D, and Marketing for smooth product launches
- Maintain detailed records in line with FSSAI norms and handle CAPAs
- Support product/process improvement through data-driven insights
What You Bring:
- Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and production best practices
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to innovate
