About the Role:
The Coca-Cola Company is hiring a Production Planner to lead supply and production planning activities at the plant, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, smooth supply planning, and achievement of productivity targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead Supply Production Planning (SPP) for the plant and drive improvement in POR and MPS
• Develop and deliver the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Plan monthly, weekly, and daily production based on demand and available capacity
• Lead supply planning during S&OP meetings
• Own New Product Introduction (NPI), MTO, and niche product planning
• Review and maintain MRP parameters for finished goods
• Facilitate capacity planning across work streams and seasonal build planning
• Provide long-term capacity inputs and support CAPEX planning
• Ensure zero downtime due to non-availability of RM/PM
• Optimize product wheel scheduling to reduce changeover downtime
• Enable production teams to achieve productivity targets
• Reduce inventory loss through planned interventions
• Ensure accuracy between physical and SAP inventory records
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning to meet customer requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required with strong analytical skills
• Minimum 5+ years of planning experience
8+ years of overall Supply Chain / Manufacturing experience
• Experience in FMCG or Pharma industry is highly preferred

Annual Incentive:
• Annual Incentive Reference Value: 10% (market-based and performance-linked)
