Location:
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 1 year preferred
- Freshers can also apply
Languages
- Tamil preferred
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
- Supervise, train (including equipment operation), and schedule packaging staff
- Evaluate team performance and ensure productivity
Process Oversight & Packaging Management
- Manage packaging operations from setup to completion
- Review production orders and packaging requirements
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Enforce GMP, HACCP, USDA, and FDA standards
- Conduct inspections and reject non-conforming products
Production Coordination
- Work closely with production, logistics, QA, and warehouse teams
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Monitor materials and packaging supplies
- Operate, adjust, and coordinate maintenance of machinery
Problem Solving
- Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve operational bottlenecks
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety records
- Identify inefficiencies and reduce waste
