We’re Hiring: Production Officer (PO)
Department: Production
Location (HQ): Pune – Pune Bangalore Highway
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Facilities: Transport & Canteen Available
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules and deadlines are consistently met.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure superior product quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members, cross-functional teams, and management for smooth operations.
- Maintain and update required production documents (Manufacturing Orders, Quality Control Records, etc.) after each shift.
- Report regularly to the Production Manager / Sr. Production Executive.
- Implement production performance indicators related to output, losses, downtime, and staff efficiency.
- Train production staff to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Monitor operators’ activities, double-check critical control points such as raw material weighing and dumping, and maintain accurate production records.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Food Processing Technology or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills (on-roll & off-roll employees).
- Good personality with a proactive and responsible approach.
- Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary:
As per market standards and based on interview performance.
