Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily packing operations and ensure on-time production
Maintain machinery, resolve online issues, and reduce downtime
Conduct visual inspections and quality checks
Lead FSMS audits and implement corrective actions
Handle customer complaints and drive process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge of biscuits, cakes, rusks, and bakery processes
Strong grasp of GMP & FSMS standards
Team leadership and problem-solving skills
Reporting and analytical capabilities
