Requirement:
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in handling production operations.
Skills:
Managing production processes in compliance with schedules and quality control standards.
Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ability to manage complete shift operations, including manpower, equipment, raw materials, and other resources to meet production objectives.
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Food Technology or any related field.

Monitor and improve efficiency of production lines and workforce.
Implement and maintain safety and hygiene protocols within the production facility.
Lead and train the production team to meet daily and long-term operational goals.

Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and quality control results.
