Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily manpower planning, maintain records, and prepare shift schedules.
Prepare and maintain documents, SOPs, and production/consumption reports as per standards.
Identify training needs and coordinate with the Quality, HR, and Production departments.
Allocate job responsibilities and ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Control wastage in the production section.
Oversee production and pack ing lines while managing escalations.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Education: B.Tech in Food Technology preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in the frozen food industry.
