We are currently seeking a Production Officer/Executive with 3-4 years of relevant experience in the bakery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily production operations and ensuring that all processes adhere to safety, health, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day production activities based on received orders.
Monitor and maintain the production process in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate operations in the Oven and Packing areas.
Oversee manpower management, address grievances, and optimize workforce efficiency.
Ensure that all production processes meet safety, health, and quality standards.
Adhere to correct quality and process parameters for each product to minimize wastage.
