Experience
- 6 to 10 years in a production/manufacturing environment
- FMCG or Food Processing industry experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets
- Ensure adherence to GMP, food safety, and company quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and supervise operators and shift staff
- Maintain production documentation and reports as per regulatory and internal standards
- Monitor and manage raw material usage and inventory control
