Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage manpower effectively to maximize efficiency and ensure incentive eligibility.
- Monitor and control key quality parameters — weight, size, color, and appearance.
- Set and adjust process parameters based on variety and materials.
- Maintain TQM documentation, prepare control charts, and manage changeovers and downtime within targets.
- Conduct physical verification of CCPs like Sieve, Metal Detector, Webs, and maintain records per ISO, HACCP, and FCCstandards.
- Ensure recipe adherence and variable settings (Ammonia, SMBS, Water, Oven Profile) for consistent quality.
- Track raw material usage by manufacturing date and lot number.
- Maintain traceability and hygiene in all production areas, especially the biscuit grinder room.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) under FBC standards.
- Ensure readiness for all audits: AIB, ISO, FSSAI, Legal etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Tech/Engineering in Mechanical
- Experience: 3–5 years in biscuit or food manufacturing
- Competencies:
- Knowledge of Biscuit Manufacturing Processes
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong People Management Skills
