Job Details:
Position: Production Officer
Function: Production – Packing
Education: B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical
Experience: 3-6 years in FMCG/Food Manufacturing/Biscuit Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Production Activities
- Oversee Manufacturing & Packing/Outgoing QA processes
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, food safety norms, and hygiene standards. Verify machine conditions, monitor operators, and assist with issues in real-time.
- Handle production plan changes, breakdowns, and material changes. Issue updated instructions to operators and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform visual inspections for biscuit and pack quality, manage product rectifications and recycling, and assign workforce for corrective actions.
- Ensure packing is done according to quality norms and production plans.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Biscuit Manufacturing.
