Position: Production Officer
Location: Dindori, Nashik
Industry: Food Manufacturing (Spices / Fruit & Vegetable Processing)
Enzyme (Organisational Consulting) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Officer with a background in food manufacturing to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production as per schedule, forecast, and stock requirements
- Monitor productivity, process losses, and ensure optimal resource utilisation
- Control production lines for quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, GMP, ISO, and zero-error packaging & quality standards
- Coordinate daily with QC, Stores, Maintenance, and HR for smooth operations
- Monitor ERP entries, batch codes (RM & PM), and handle NCPs
- Train, guide, and motivate machine operators and shop-floor staff for higher efficiency
Profile Requirements:
- BSc Chemistry / MSc Chemistry
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the Spices / Fruit & Vegetable Processing industry
- Strong knowledge of production planning, preservation techniques, ISO & food safety systems
- Experience in productivity analysis, loss reduction, and reporting
- Good coordination, communication, and people-handling skills
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and documentation
