About the Role
Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage the complete production process. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that quality standards are consistently met to deliver the best products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead production planning based on unit objectives and ensure timely production as per schedule
- Achieve volume production targets during season and non-season periods
- Plan production resources in line with cost and productivity norms
- Plan maintenance schedules for all equipment to ensure uninterrupted production
- Ensure machines operate at rated capacity, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing mechanical efficiency
- Maintain beverage quality through robust quality systems and regular reviews
- Achieve product & package indices as per targets and maintain quality systems
- Maintain accurate and complete production records
- Create and manage various MIS reports
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) for optimal equipment health (A3 Speed, Straw Applicator CP-70)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics
- 5+ years of production experience, preferably handling PET lines or similar machinery
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
