Qualification: ICO, B.Tech, Food Science / OTI
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Dairy or Food Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations across powder, butter, casein, and WPC units
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and logistics teams
- Optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
- Lead and mentor production staff
2. Technical Officer (Powder/Butter/Casein/WPC)
Posts: 5
Qualification: ICO, B.Tech, Food Science / OTI
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Dairy or Food Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor technical aspects of dairy product manufacturing
- Maintain production records and ensure documentation compliance
- Support R&D and process improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot technical issues in production lines
- Assist in maintaining hygiene and safety standards
