We’re Hiring – Production Manager (Snacks & Sweets Manufacturing)!
Join our manufacturing team and lead end-to-end production operations for our Snacks & Sweets unit.
Location: Kathua, Jammu
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production schedules.
Lead and manage shop floor operations and production teams.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely dispatches.
Drive productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize machine utilization.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Coord inate with QA, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in snacks, namkeen, Indian sweets (mithai), confectionery, or bakery manufacturing.
Mandatory experience in operating and managing automated forming lines.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, quality systems, and team management.
Experience handling high-volume manufacturing operations.
Preferred
Experience with products such as ladoo, barfi, peda, soan papdi, namkeen, cookies, or similar products.
Exposure to automated production and packaging lines.
