Position: Production Manager & Quality Manager
Location: Arer, Madhubani, Bihar

We are looking for experienced professionals (min. 5 years) from the Food & Beverage industry with a Food Technology background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Implement and monitor HACCP, ISO, and BRC standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations
- Lead and train production and quality teams for maximum efficiency
- Monitor raw material usage and reduce production waste
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely material flow
- Conduct regular audits and maintain detailed documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems & standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
