Samruddhi Organic Farm India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Production Manager to lead our organic food manufacturing operations.

Role Highlights
- Manage end-to-end production operations
- Ensure high efficiency, quality, and minimal waste
- Maintain compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO & organic standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams
- Drive continuous improvement using KPIs
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Agriculture or related field
- 5+ years of experience in food or organic food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards & certifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
