Location: Multiple Plant Operations (Gujarat)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Food Manufacturing
Product Portfolio: Peanut Butter (All Variants), Rice Cakes, Oats & Muesli
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations Management
- End-to-end responsibility for production operations across multiple units
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Achieve production targets with optimum manpower utilization and minimal wastage
- Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and drive continuous improvement
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 compliance across plants
- Coordinate with Quality for in-process and finished goods checks
- Handle internal, external, BRC, ISO, and customer audits
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits
Process Optimization & Cost Control
- Drive yield improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Monitor inventory and raw material planning with Supply Chain
- Coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance to minimize downtime
- Lead automation and process standardization projects
Leadership & Coordination
- Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and performance monitoring
- Support new product trials in coordination with R&D
- Prepare daily MIS reports and production dashboards for management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing (multi-product preferred)
- Strong knowledge of peanut butter processing, cereal/oats processing, and rice cake production lines
- Hands-on experience in production planning, ERP systems, and yield optimization
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills
