As we scale up our new frozen food manufacturing unit, we’re on the lookout for a Production Manager who can lead with purpose, drive efficiency, and build strong processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Implement and monitor SOPs for smooth and safe manufacturing processes
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Manage production planning, resource allocation, and workforce scheduling
- Analyze production data and optimize output while minimizing waste
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
